Forest Friends

A cozy place for our tiniest explorers to play, grow, and connect.

Our Forest Friends program is designed especially for the youngest members of Wild Roots — the younger siblings and little ones (ages 0–3) who love to tag along for the adventure. This space is set up just for them, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment where curiosity and play take the lead.

Families are free to come and go as they wish. You can stay and play alongside your child, or if you’d like to join an older student for their activity, another adult can happily keep an eye on your Forest Friend. It’s all about flexibility, community, and supporting one another as our kids learn and grow together.

The Forest Friends area is full of simple joys — from sensory play and crafts to games, stories, and nature walks. Some days might be spent exploring a trail with magnifying glasses in hand, while other days might mean painting with pinecones or stacking stones by the creek. Every moment is an opportunity for discovery, connection, and fun.

At Wild Roots, we believe that learning begins long before formal lessons — it starts with curiosity, laughter, and time spent in nature. Our Forest Friends get to experience all of that and more, in a space designed with love, safety, and imagination in mind.

Quick Notes:

  • Forest Friends must be ages 3 and under.
  • An older sibling must be enrolled in our program. We do not offer Forest Friends as a stand alone program at this time.
